プライバシーポリシー

cenlea は、氏名・メールアドレス・生年月日・電話番号・住所の入力を求めません。 Apple でログインする場合も、名前とメールアドレスは求めません。 ログイン・同期・購入の照合には、以下の利用者識別子を扱います。

端末に保存するもの

• 学習の進捗（どの Episode をどこまで進めたか、間違えた設問）と復習の予定
• 自分の文（自分で作った英文と、そのときに入力した日本語）
• アプリの設定（表示言語、購入状態）

ログインしていなければ、これらは端末内にだけ保存されます。アプリを削除するか機種を変更すると失われます。

アカウントと同期

• 未ログインでは認証アカウントを作りません。Apple でログインしたときだけ、外部の認証サービス （Google の Firebase Authentication）の利用者 ID を使います。購読の購入・復元に、Cenlea への Apple ログインは必要ありません
• 設定の「データの引き継ぎ」から Apple でログインした場合だけ、学習の記録と自分の文を Google のクラウド（Firebase の Cloud Firestore）に保存し、同じアカウントの別の iPhone に引き継ぎます。 ログインしなくてもアプリは使えます
• 保存したデータは、そのアカウント本人だけが読み書きできます

AI による文の作成

現在のバージョンでは、この機能は提供していません（2026-10-02 から休止中）。AI へ文を送ることはありません。再開するときは、本ページを更新してからお知らせします。

自分の文を作る機能で AI を使う場合、入力した日本語を当方のサーバー（Google Cloud Functions）を通じて Google の AI（Vertex AI の Gemini）へ送り、英文を作ります。

• 送る前に、メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報に見える部分を端末で伏せ字にします（サーバーでも同じ処理をします）
• 送った日本語は英文を作るためだけに使い、当方のサーバーには保存しません。 ただし、作った文を自分の文として保存し、ログインしている場合は、上の「アカウントと同期」のとおり保存されます
• 録音や音声認識の結果は送りません

データの削除

設定の「データの引き継ぎ」にある「アカウントを削除」で、認証アカウントとクラウド・この iPhone の学習の記録・自分の文を削除します。 削除した学習記録は再登録しても戻りません。アカウントの削除は App Store の購読を解約しません。

過去に当方のサーバーで購入を確認した場合は、購入時の Apple 利用者識別子から作ったハッシュを 購読の取引と対応づけて保持しています。現在のアプリでは、購入・復元のためにこの対応を新しく登録しません。 Apple 識別子の原文はこの対応表に保存しません。 このハッシュは本人との対応を再確認できる情報であり、匿名情報としては扱いません。 削除後も購読が有効な間と、期限切れ・返金による終了後90日間は対応を保持し、その後は復元に使用せず、定期処理で消去します。 承認待ちなど取引未確定の購入登録については、本人との対応を削除から90日間保持します。 取引 ID・期限・返金や利用上限の記録は、購読の確認と不正利用の防止のために別に保持します。

利用状況の計測

アプリの改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics を通じて利用状況を集計します。 個人を特定できる形では収集しません。ユーザー ID も付けません。

送るのは次のものだけです：復習の開始と終了、各問の結果の種類（自分で言えた／ヒントやお手本で言えた／お手本を見た／言えなかった／見送った）、 前回から何日あいたかの幅、「言えていた」を選んだこと、契約の状態（無料／無料体験中／Premium）。 このほか、サービスが自動で、起動・画面の表示・利用時間、端末の機種・OS・言語、IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域、 アプリのインストールごとの識別子を集めます。

英文・自分の文・音声・聞き取った文字は送りません。 この計測では、広告識別子（IDFA）も端末識別子（IDFV）も利用しません（アプリ側で収集を無効にしています）。

また、アプリの設定値を配信するために、外部の構成配信サービスを使用します。ここで配信されるのは 広告の頻度などの設定値だけで、この仕組みでは利用者の情報を送信しません。

広告

無料での提供のため、外部の広告配信サービスによる広告を表示します。学習中の画面には広告を表示しません。 Premium を購読している間は広告を表示しません。

• 起動時に一度、広告のための許可（ATT）を確認します。 許可した場合、広告配信事業者が端末の広告識別子（IDFA）を利用し、 興味に合わせた広告と広告の効果測定に使うことがあります。 拒否しても学習の内容は変わりません。選択は iOS の「設定」からいつでも変更できます
• 許可しなかった場合、広告はパーソナライズしない設定で配信します
• 広告の内容は全年齢向けに制限し、13 歳以上の利用者向けの扱いで配信します
• 広告を表示するにあたり、広告配信事業者が端末の情報・広告への操作・診断情報を独自に取り扱う場合があります。 詳細は広告配信事業者のポリシーをご確認ください
• 広告が表示された理由の確認と、不適切な広告の報告：広告の隅にあるアイコン（ⓘ／AdChoices）を押すと、 その広告が表示された理由の確認、広告の非表示、不適切な広告の報告ができます。 年齢に合わない広告や不快な広告は、お問い合わせからも報告できます（表示された画面と日時を添えてください）

音声について

発話の練習で音声認識を使う場合、認識は端末内でのみ行います（オンデバイス音声認識）。 録音した音声を当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。 端末が対応していない場合は、認識を行わず録音を聞き返すだけの動作に切り替わります。

お子様の利用について

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13 歳未満の方の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

購入について

Premium の購入・復元は、アプリを配信しているアプリストアを通じて行われます。 決済情報はストアの運営者が取り扱い、当方はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。 有料機能の利用権は、この iPhone の StoreKit が検証した購読の取引情報（商品・有効期限・返金など）から確認します。 現在のアプリでは、購入・復元のために Cenlea のログインや当方のサーバーへの取引情報の送信を要求しません。 過去にサーバーで確認した取引の記録や、App Store から当方のサーバーへ届く更新・返金などの通知は、購読の確認と不正利用の防止のために取り扱います。 App Store の購入用 Apple Account と、Cenlea への Apple ログインは別の仕組みです。

English summary

cenlea does not request your name, email, date of birth, phone number or address. We use account identifiers for authentication, synchronization and purchase verification. No authentication account is created until you sign in with Apple using Firebase Authentication (Google). Signing in with Apple to Cenlea is not required to purchase or restore a subscription. Learning progress and your own sentences stay on your device unless you sign in with Apple under "Transfer your data"; then they are stored in Google's Cloud Firestore so only your account can move them to another iPhone. The AI sentence feature is paused in the current version (since 2026-10-02), so nothing is sent to AI; when it resumes, the Japanese you typed is masked for personal details and sent through our server (Google Cloud Functions) to Google's Vertex AI (Gemini), and we will not store it unless you save the result as your sentence. "Delete account" removes your authentication account and cloud and device learning records. It does not cancel your App Store subscription. For purchases previously verified on our server, we retain a hash of the verified Apple user identifier with the purchase. The current app does not create this mapping for purchases or restoration. The original Apple identifier is not stored in this mapping. The hash is linkable to the user and is not treated as anonymous information. After deletion, this mapping is kept while the subscription is active and for 90 days after expiration or revocation; it is then excluded from restoration and erased by a periodic job. For purchases that are still pending, the owner registration is retained for 90 days after account deletion. Transaction IDs, expiration, refund and usage-limit records are retained separately for subscription verification and fraud prevention. The current app confirms Premium using subscription transactions verified by StoreKit on your iPhone. Purchasing or restoring does not require a Cenlea sign-in or sending transactions from the app to our server. Previously verified transaction records and renewal or refund notifications sent by the App Store to our server are handled for subscription verification and fraud prevention. The App Store purchasing account and Apple sign-in are separate mechanisms. We use Google's Firebase Analytics to measure anonymous usage, without a user ID: when reviews start and finish, the kind of result for each question (said it yourself / with a hint or model / viewed the model / not yet / skipped), a range of days since the last practice, when you mark "I said it", and your plan (free / free trial / Premium). The service also collects app launches, screen views, usage time, device model, OS, language, approximate region from the IP address, and a per-installation identifier. We never send English sentences, your own sentences, audio or speech transcripts. We also use an external configuration service to deliver settings such as ad frequency; neither uses the advertising identifier (IDFA) or the vendor identifier (IDFV). Ads are provided by an external ad service, limited to general audience content, and never shown during learning. At first launch we ask for tracking permission (ATT); if you allow it, the ad provider may use the advertising identifier to personalize ads and measure their performance. If you decline, ads are non-personalized. Declining changes nothing about the learning content, and you can change your choice in iOS Settings. Speech recognition, when used, runs on device only — recordings are never transmitted or stored. This app is not directed to children under 13. Purchases are handled by the app store; we never receive payment details.
